SHIPPING:

All products ordered from our website will ship the same day if the order is received prior to 2 PM EST and will arrive within two days from the ship date as long as there are no delays by the shipping carrier. The receive date below is an estimate and is not a guarantee. Please see schedule below as to when products are shipped based on the date purchased from our site.

RETURNS:

Ampersand Bridal allows exchanges and returns of all core* products that are unworn and in their original packaging. Because of the uniqueness of the wedding industry, all products in which a customer is desiring to exchange or return must be shipped prior to the following weekend in which the product was received. Please see the table below for a schedule of when products must be shipped back to Ampersand Bridal to qualify for an exchange or return.

In general, it is best to order your product on a Thursday or Friday to allow yourself the most time to try on our beautiful accessories at your convenience.

All custom* items are final sale and do not qualify for an exchange or return.

If an item is received that is damaged or incorrect from what you ordered, we will gladly offer a return or exchange. However, we must be notified prior to the upcoming weekend.
